To Our Valued Bayside Family,
   We want to wish all of you, your families, and your friends' good health and safety as we continue to face the concern of COVID-19. We want to assure you that the public health, safety, and well-being of our customers and employees remain our highest priority. Our dealerships and service departments are open, and we are doing everything in our power to abide by and exceed the CDC's guidelines for cleanliness and personal interaction.
We understand the apprehension regarding visiting public locations during this time and want to ensure everyone that we are making every effort possible to accommodate you. Here are some of the steps that Bayside is currently taking to ensure everyone's safety:
Service
•   Continued sanitization of work areas before and after every interaction.
•   Hand sanitizer and cleansing wipes placed on desks and counters, as well as inside our lobbies and bathrooms.
•   Our Online Service Scheduler can be utilized to make appointments. Feel free to use our Key Drop Off Box to leave your vehicle with us. We can make arrangements for you to pick up your vehicle without coming into the office.
•   Our Online Service Scheduler includes appointments for us to pick up your vehicle at your home or place of employment, for maintenance such as tires, brakes, and non-routine work that may have been previously postponed.
•   Service Technicians will send walkaround videos via text to explain any work needed as well as Multi-Point Inspection information.
•   Payments for service work can be taken over the phone, and we are currently working towards other secure online payment methods.
•   We are vigilant in sanitizing all service vehicles both before and after work is performed. Our service department will be utilizing gloves & fogging (sanitization) machines, wiping down vehicles, and adding floor mats as extra precautions.

•   Vehicles are being disinfected before and after every test drive.
•   Videos of vehicle walkarounds and test-drives via text or email are available, as well as assistance with purchasing and financing online.
•   Bayside can deliver your dream vehicle to you without having to step foot on our lot.
•   Online Retailing software for all of our stores so that you can complete your purchase on our website, instead of in-store.
